I have been practicing as an occupational therapist in the Atlanta area since 1986. My extensive clinical experience in neurology and orthopedics, combined with a comprehensive understanding of adaptive equipment, accessibility, and environmental modifications, has established me as a recognized authority in the field of home evaluations.

CMI has extensive experience in remodeling. We are eager to serve the home modification need.

I have done home evaluations in the past and has practiced in home health. Currently, as an outpatient OT, I routinely make recommendations for home accessibility, modifications and equipment with clients.

Thrive for Life is a private company founded by two occupational therapists serving the islands of Hawaii. They utilize a 7-step process that includes performing comprehensive home assessments after which draftsman, contractors, and designers are brought in to determine appropriate modifications. Thrive for Life guides their clients through the process including collecting contractor bids, filing for permits and conducting a post-construction assessment where they observe the client in their new space.
