I am an occupational therapist currently working in academia. I have worked with older adults for over 25 years completing home evaluations and bow bringing this skill to my students and community.

As an occupational therapist, I have years of experience in providing home assessment and home modification recommendations. A few years ago, I took the step to begin my own company, Forever Home, LLC, to focus exclusively on providing home assessments, home modification, and project management services to older adults and those with injury or disability. I achieve great satisfaction knowing I have helped an individual or family improve the safety and function of their home in the present and for years to come.

I perform Home Safety evaluations and recommend equipment and home modifications to increase safety, reduce fall risk and increase independence. The VA provides grants that can be used towards home modifications, usually for the bathroom.

I am an occupational therapist with specific interest and training in home modifications. In my work, I help individuals identify environmental strategies that can keep them home, safe and living life to the fullest.

I run a 36 year old family owned DME and Home Modification business. We specialize in older adults.

I am on the process of creating a home modification program for our home health agency. Also in the process of establishing a home modification business.

Provide home safety assessments for older adults with multiple chronic medical conditions. Home modifications are limited in scope and do not involve structural modifications under the scope of services. However, families may privately pursue these modifications.

As an occupational therapist, I help adult clients prepare their homes for maintenance of their independence safely at home. My primary focus is aging-in-place, an area in which I have both personal and professional experience.

I am a home modifications consultant in the Pasco/Hillsborough areas of Tampa, FL. I work with the client’s builder/remodeler to bring customized solutions to help them stay independent in their homes for life.

I evaluate clients who need home access, home modifications, worksite ergonomic evaluations, assistive technology, and vehicle modification inspections.
