We assist individuals and families in “Aging in Place” in the Southern Colorado area. We work with many resources to be able to make the home modification process less overwhelming.

We assist clients to age in place or refurbish after catastrophic illness, fall, or accident. We love we do and want the best outcome for our clients and families we serve.

As a lighting specialist and member of the Human Centric Lighting Society I have developed an assessment to look at the exterior and interior lighting of a home. This can address safety, fall risks, the need for more light for the aging eye as well as some sleep issues.

I help clients and caregivers figure out what they need in order to Age-in-Place successfully and connect them with the resources they need.

I help clients of all ages design beautiful, accessible bathrooms to prepare for them for the future and ensure they retain their highest home value.

I am an Occupational Therapist, Realtor and Parkinsons Specialist with the majority of my 25 years experience working with clients in their home environments.

I believe in making environments fit the person and not expecting the person to fit the environment.

We specialize in ADUs (backyard homes) with aging-in-place features. The services include: evaluation, interior design, architectural design, permit support and construction supervision.

RTSNV has grown over the last several years from just doing critical repairs (HVAC, roofs etc) to including home modifications to prevent falls.

Life care planner and care manager with over 30 years clinical experience. Home modification assessment and recommendations are incorporated into our care management and life care plan assessments. We provide referrals for modification service providers.

We work with homeowners, their families and, where appropriate, their caregivers to create beautiful designs that meet their needs and budget. We also work with families to identify sources of funding through federal, state, and local grants as well as traditional sources of funding.

Currently involved with both single-family and group home environments to address individual accessibility needs. I created Safe Living Manitoba which is a home safety and accessibility assessment, consultation and design service developed to help individuals living with disabilities or people wishing to age in place. I also sit on a Canadian Home Modifications Task Force and I am on the expert panel reviewing the Canadian CAPS course content. My company is Enabling Access Inc. providing occupational therapy services.

I co-own a home modification business comprised of OTs and PTs. We help people live safely and confidently in their own homes.

Rebuilding Together Eastern Shore’s mission is repairing homes, revitalizing communities, rebuilding lives. They leverage gifts of time, money, skill and labor to repair and rehabilitate homes for income-eligible seniors, veterans, those living with disabilities, and families with children in Kent and Queen Anne’s counties. Each year, more than 50% of those served are seniors requesting accessibility modifications to assist them to age-in-place safely. All work is done at no cost to homeowners who meet the eligibility criteria.

I am a licensed occupational therapist, entrepreneur, and advocate for universal design and aging in place. I specialize in the harmonization of home environments with client-centered design. We provide occupational therapy assessment and treatment in our outpatient clinic. We can also provide assessments identifying safety concerns in the home and use our OT training to recommend modifications to activities, space, and routines to optimize functioning. We develop person-centered OT plans to promote strength, skill development, and tool use. We design in person or online consultations and trainings which can be presented at our Lexington office or in your facility if it is within one hour. We do not provide contract work in the home but give you the tools and help you identify your needs and resources so that you will be prepared/educated about seeking out a contractor who can help with your needs.

We are an engineering and general contracting firm specializing in accessibility modifications for residential and commercial properties. We are the Florida experts in removing the barriers that are preventing seniors and people with disabilities from living their life completely. We believe in listening to our clients first and foremost so that we can ensure the best solutions are created and implemented.

I am a licensed Occupation Therapist and Realtor in NJ and PA. I specialize in helping find and/or fit homes to the specialized needs and goals of my clients through realtor and home modifications. I specialize in aging in place, physical disability, downsizing, and multi-generational living. I am also certified in dementia care and symptom management for neurological diseases.

I will be soon be an occupational therapist with experience with real estate experience. I look forward to connecting with others.
