We work with homeowners, their families and, where appropriate, their caregivers to create beautiful designs that meet their needs and budget. We also work with families to identify sources of funding through federal, state, and local grants as well as traditional sources of funding.

I created Safe Living Manitoba which is a home safety and accessibility assessment, consultation and design service developed to help individuals living with disabilities or people wishing to age in place. I also sit on a Canadian Home Modifications Task Force and I am on the expert panel reviewing the Canadian CAPS course content. My company is Enabling Access Inc. providing occupational therapy services.

I co-own a home modification business comprised of OTs and PTs. We help people live safely and confidently in their own homes.

We provide occupational therapy assessment and treatment in our outpatient clinic. We can also provide assessments identifying safety concerns in the home and use our OT training to recommend modifications to activities, space, and routines to optimize functioning. We develop person-centered OT plans to promote strength, skill development, and tool use. We design in person or online consultations and trainings which can be presented at our Lexington office or in your facility if it is within one hour. We do not provide contract work in the home but give you the tools and help you identify your needs and resources so that you will be prepared/educated about seeking out a contractor who can help with your needs.

We are the Florida experts in removing the barriers that are preventing seniors and people with disabilities from living their life completely. We believe in listening to our clients first and foremost so that we can ensure the best solutions are created and implemented.

I am a licensed Occupation Therapist and Realtor in NJ and PA. I specialize in helping find and/or fit homes to the specialized needs and goals of my clients through realtor and home modifications. I specialize in aging in place, physical disability, downsizing, and multi-generational living. I am also certified in dementia care and symptom management for neurological diseases.

I will be soon be an occupational therapist with experience with real estate experience. I look forward to connecting with others.

Design consultation services, recommendations, and resources provided from initial to the end of projects such as new construction or remodel projects in an effort to maximize client’s function within their spaces.

Our Home Modification Assessment process includes a careful observation of your senior(s) and how they live their daily lives in their current environment, in order to determine household hazards and impediments and to suggest remodeling and/or assistive devices to facilitate their activities and independence. Thus as a Certified Home Modification Assessor Liz performs Home Modification Assessments, and can also take on all details of working with the family to get major modifications agreed upon, obtain estimates, research available public funding, and oversee implementation. Unlike some other vendors who provide a strictly one-time one-size-fits-all impersonal checklist, our more holistic and long-term approach readily ties in with our other services to determine the best ways to keep your seniors happy and functional at home, where they want to be.

I have been performing Home Modifications Evaluations for Medicaid eligible clients in Colorado Springs since 2012. My primary goal is to make the home environment as accessible as possible to promote independence, improve safety, and prevent falls/injuries.

We provide solutions as simple as changing door knobs to levers up to removing bathtubs and converting them to roll-in showers.
Our other company Rehab Equipment Hub was started twelve years ago providing rehab equipment to the physical therapy clinics around the country. The company sells equipment and supplies to the various healthcare markets.

We are occupational therapists who are passionate about helping people age in place with dignity and helping those with barriers to accessibility in their homes live full and independent lives. Homefree: Solutions for Independent Living is a home and environmental modification consulting business that operates on the California’s Central Coast.

I consult and design for customers who are preparing for the future by implementing home modifications, such as accessible baths, widening of doors, adding a lift, etc. I also work closely with people with disabilities who have received grants from the state to do accessible home modifications.

The experiences I’ve had in healthcare guided me toward home modification. I’m passionate about providing the opportunity for those who want to stay at home the ability to do so.
