- Incorporate ethical approaches into home modification practices for users’ protection
- Identify issues related to a consumer’s risk with making home modification decisions
- Analyze short- and long-term home modification decisions that take into account immediate and future needs as well as costs
- Apply consumer directed practices to home modification service delivery
