Thank you for your interest in registering for the Executive Certificate in Home Modification Program! You may register for one course at a time or register for all five Executive Certificate courses at once to obtain a Program Bundle discount.
SERIES 2/2026 COURSE DATES:
Course 1: April 27 – May 15, 2026
Course 2: May 26 – June 12, 2026
Course 3: June 23 – July 10, 2026
Course 4: July 21 – August 7, 2026
Course 5: August 18 – 25, 2026
REGISTRATION PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Individual Course Payments = $250 per course for Courses 1-5 ($1,250 if each course paid separately)
Program Bundle Discount = register for all five courses at once to receive a discount!
- Courses 1-5: $1,100 ($150 discount)
Program Bundle Discounts for Partners:
- Courses 1-5: AOTA Member: $950 ($300 discount)
- Courses 1-5: HMOTA Member: $950 ($300 discount)
- Courses 1-5: Rebuilding Together Staff: $850 ($400 discount)

*Your space will only be reserved once payment is made. Course capacity is limited and space is on a first-come, first serve basis.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Once paid, refunds are only provided if the student notifies the Program Office at homemods@usc.edu 48-hours in advance of the course start date, or due to extenuating circumstances. In the unlikely event that the USC Leonard Davis School of Gerontology must cancel a course offering, students will be given the option to: a) enroll in the next course offering, or b) receive a refund for that course.
