Most Common Modification: The goal of Senior HealthLink is to allow older adults to age in placewhile maintaining optimum health for as long as possible. SeniorHealthLink, which includes a home safety program, is a free outreachprogram that benefits people age 65+ who have multiple medical issuesand whose family are caring for them.
