I am an OT and a builder that specializes in home modifications. At Functional Homes, Inc. we believe in a team approach for quality, beautiful, functional home modifications.

I am a licensed general contractor specializing in home modifications for seniors. Experienced in ramps, railings, lifts and grab bars. Also available for Aging-in-Place assessments to improve safety and accessibility throughout the home.

I provide my current students’ families with ideas regarding how to modify and adapt their homes to fit the needs of their family member with a disability.

Providing assistive technology and modifications for individuals with disabilities in their home settings.

I am an OT working in a Level 1 acute care hospital. I am passionate about assisting the elderly and families of children with disabilities to enable to live fully in their home environments and also encourage collaboration among professionals, local and state officials to promote home modifications in the community.

I am interested in community based practice especially analyzing a client’s need for an adaptive equipment and/or other barriers that limits their ability to participate in their natural environment. I have done volunteer work in home modifications and would like to continue to serve the community through my experience.

I have been an occupational therapist x27 years with focus on the older adult population so have always focused on ADL, home safety and fall prevention through modification. I am now specifically performing home assessments and providing recommendations to clients whose goal it is to age in place.

We offer assessment, design, and construction services for seniors who need to retrofit their homes for safety and independence and families with special needs who require their homes adapted for ease of caregiving, self sufficiency, and convenience.

I am a PT and still work clinically in the acute care setting, mostly with individuals with neurologic diseases. I am also an accessibility consultant with BILD, an accessible home modification company. I help with the assessments and complete all training on ceiling lifts and floor based lifts with families and their caregivers.

As Founder and Co-owner of AgeWise Home which is a consulting agency and concierge service for the elderly, Disabled Veterans and people with disabilities. Home Modification is our premiere consulting service.

We provide a comprehensive collection of products and services to help older adults and those with disabilities live independently. Living safely and independently will help maximizes existing assistive service provider’s reach and reducing individual’s monthly expenses.
