Leon Watts III, MAG is a Learning and Development Specialist with the University of Southern California Leonard Davis School of Gerontology. As owner/operator of the Guardian Home Services company for 35 years, he provided home modification services for small and large homes in Southern California. His business was developed to provide a variety of services to its predominately busy executive and retired homeowners. "Trust"... was the key ingredient as he collaborated with other service companies to manage clients' requests. Through Leon's business, he also provided "dispute resolution" in consumer/contractor situations and served as an occasional "referee" between clients and their adult children. As his clients aged, Leon decided to pursue a Masters in Gerontology at USC. Alongside his work at USC, Leon continues to manage a few clients that are over 80, to help them remain as independent as possible in their homes.
